Sale policy
When your puppy is ready to join your family, they will leave with a personalized Coffee Pup Bag, which includes:
- A blanket with mom’s scent for comfort
- A small toy
- All health paperwork and shot records
Deposits & Payments
To reserve a puppy, we require a $200 non-refundable deposit.
This deposit secures your puppy and also covers any cancellations.
The remaining balance is due at pickup. Final pricing and details are always discussed personally over the phone.
Updates & Communication
We provide FaceTime calls, pictures, and videos of your puppy as they grow.
This allows you to watch your puppy’s development and bond before they come home.
